What kind of doctor prescribes based on what the patient says is wrong, and without making their own professional diagnosis? Would you do this in your practice? "Oh, you think you need oxycontin? Okay." And if we are speaking of a counselor, what kind of advisor gives no advice but that which the patient gives themselves? So, yes, you forgive me if I don't have a clue.
