Outside of the spam, I can relate to some of them. The people who are fed up of not having a partner to complete lifes journey, someone to share the experience of living. Some are crazy, like the woman wanting to get married by New Year's , yes it is true, but is it that crazy? No I don't think so, we can all relate to that feeling of frustration. Why do we find difficulty in this field of life? Trying to find that someone who can just be, and make us happy? Many of us set these parameters to weed out from the pool of possible suitors. I suppose that this is ok, but could we not be missing out on that right individual? Perhaps. So here I am, thinking of my own set of likes, to try and find that truly "right" person to be my equal. So what is it that I like? What is it that we may have in common? I like to travel, see museums warm weather beaches , sports... a great conversation, , going to hockey , travel shopping (yes, I do, I find it's a great bonding experience), music, spending time with family and friends, flea markets, days home on the couch watching old , days home in bed, going for walks, and probably a bunch other sweet romantic-esque things that I have not included. What do I consider critical in a potential partner? You need to be able to be communicate and talk to me. If I ask if something is wrong, I expect the truth, and not "Oh nothing", as a man I can say that is something that drives us all universally insane. I am not clairvoyant, you need to say "X is wrong", I ask because we know something is wrong, I ask because I care enough about you to want to do something about it. There is nothing we cannot talk about. Your fears, your hopes, those nasty fantasies that you think will scare me, they won't. Someone who wants the long term, I'm not talking a couple months; I'm talking the whole ball of wax. Someone who would want to have . A woman who is unassuming in public, but an absolute sex-crazed maniac in private, this is something that is very important. Sexual compatibility is probably the most important thing between two individuals (I have a lot to say on this subject). Sexuality is so much more cerebral, the mind is the most important sex organ after all. If you are happy within your sex life, you're likely to be happy elsewhere too. As far as age goes, I am 45, so if you are from say 30ish to 40ish it would be ideal, however, I am open to other ages, convince me. I am of upbring, but I am not rather observant. I am not one for hanging out in bars/ clubs, but I am not opposed to a once in a while thing like that. I don't do (this includes pot, if you are still doing it you need to look in a mirror and re-evaluate yourself,) and I rarely drink. If you had the same cultural background that I had there could be more to be had. So what do you have to loose? I have no problems with either. So here comes the details, I stand 6'-1", have brown eyes and Black hair (with a couple of grays poking through now) Yes a man of color , broad shouldered, not a ounce of fat actually very toned body, nice smile, sometimes bespectacled, firm hands, wickedly twisted sense of humor, I try to appreciate the little things. Yes, I am gainfully employed in a job I rather like, I tend to remember the dates of totally simple things, like the first kiss, what you wore, etc. I am a hopeless romantic, and think nothing of writing you a poem and hiding it in your purse to surprise you. I bring flowers for no reason at all. I do like cooking for a woman; I find it to be a very romantic and sensual thing at the same time.
