Had all I want, had to give it up m4w Have you ever wanted something and waited and waited and waited and finally got everything you ever wanted and then had to give it up? Yeah thats me. So heres my story:
I was in a VERY long distance relationship some miles apart. Neither she nor I ever considered a long distance relationship, but this person, well, if it were to happen, it would be this person. We both knew there was an instant connection from just our photos from (blah) our online. It was SO magical how we met! So we started chatting and things went EXTREMELY well to point of talking about marriage within a month. Yeah, it was THAT awesome!
But after a few months, things went all wrong. Wed fight and break up and not speak to each other for weeks at a time. Wed get back together, try to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. Things would be magical again, but only for about 5-6 weeks. Then the cycle would start all over again. This continued on for a total of 8 months. I would tell her exactly what my issues are what I need what she can do to make me happy, but she did nothing didnt even a knowledge my feelings. Never made time for me or us or our relationship.
Well, after 8 months of the same cycle and trying to fix it, I gave up. I let her go. I let go of everything I ever wanted. I dont think its a mistake because I deserve to have my basic emotional needs met, but its so damn hard to accept so hard to get her out of my mind and to stop thinking about her. I want to move on and I am definitely ready to love again, but how can I when my mind is constantly on her?
Anyway, Im just venting here so no replies are necessary, not that Id get any anyways. I didnt want to bother my only friend that I can really depend on with all this. She knows how I feel and what I am going through, but I dont want to bring her down with my love(less) life. Anyway, have a wonderful day!!
