| Shery 30 y., Searching dating Xxx wife want fuck Weighing in here on a few matters.. Rather than go on about who I am, what I am looking for, and all the other mundane rhetoric that tends to be spouted; I've chosen to begin with discussion. I find the ability to think critiy and clever turn of phrase to be for more intoxicating than the most poignant of similarities I may also have with another. There are a few topics that have a common thread and have had numerous posts both on news and social media sites of late. My observation is that collectively, we are a society that primarily is focused, and therefore, we are largely reactive in our conditioning to events and circumstances when they present as a threat to our comfort zone(s). I am directly referencing care, public safety, and justice issues, in terms of not only WHAT gets our attention, but also WHEN things get our attention. I see a lot of outrage, pleas for prayer, activism and overall dissatisfaction with manifestations of cancers, heart disease, obesity, , immune disorders, and community shootings, gun ownership, and . I hear people asking for things to be different, however, I read very few posts that are curious about causative roots, and how WE ALL contribute to the problem(s). , safety and justice are sensitive areas, where it is far easier to see locus of control as external than as each of us having any responsibility for their respective imbalances. Some of us have better genetic predispositions than others, however, this does not alleviate our responsibility for participating in proper , exercise, and creating a and sustainable environment. Research is clear and well substantiated: GMO's, sugar, and processed are bad for our bodies, and regular, sustained exercise is helpful to our maintaining overall and well being. Community safety, under the guise of gun control, whether for or against, only is a bandaid for a gaping wound of increased isolation, fragmentation, mental illness and violent behavior, particularly among our youth, that permeate a country that supposedly has some of the greatest resources in the "civilized" world. Shootings are a result of serious system dysregulation. Period. Stuffing pain and for too long without a outlet, only builds activation of a fight response that is in search of a targeted outlet. As an expert in homicide, I can tell you that people , largely, because they have reached their limit in taking "it." The "it" varies in name, but not in its nature, as it references , pain, isolation, separation, disrespect, being invisible, fragmentation, being ignored. Where do people go today to be heard? Where are the healing circles? Collectively, our systems have been hijacked by our being enamored with productivity, seduced by technology to the extent that we barely know how to connect without a device in our hands, and where sitting in the fire with others and bearing witness to pain is a story that is relegated to times gone by with our ancestors. Numbness and increasing dissociation prevail as cultural phenomena, until the threat creeps in too close to home and those we love. Only then do we demand action. Two ends of an extreme operating in the land of the "free." Cultural and geographic relativism matter in the timing of what grabs the attention of social media, and complacency pops back in when there is seemingly more of a distance from the threat entering our own backyards. In terms of safety, I find it interesting that many people are more intrigued by where and how someone secures a gun, rather than wanting to know what the motivating impulse is for wanting the gun in the first place. The latter is more of the problem at hand, which also suggests that the solution inherently lives within the problem--so accurate problem identification is essential in formulating viable solutions. Lest anyone misunderstand my intentions, I am not interested in blaming --rather--I am interested in each of us asking ourselves, as members of society, the question "what is MY part in this?" so that we each can begin to accept responsibility for what we have created. Once we can identify and own our part(s), we collectively can address the proposal of solutions. Until such a time comes, projections abound and true healing remains elusive... Thoughts? |
