I am about to be homeless. I haven't been able to find a job. I lost my apartment and found someone who took me in for two months until I kept looking. I don't cook nor do I have a car. I asked the pizza place guy if he could teach me to cook, but he said, he didn't have time, he needs someone who knows what to do "day-1." I'm an office worker anyway. I'm an introvert and friendly. When shelters turn you down, you're left wondering the streets with your duffel bag. I have a at professional employment. I had an interview and another coming up. But by then, I'll be homeless and without a place to put my suit. The Co. can't hire a homeless woman. It's a prof'l office setting and the person needs to be well-rested, reliable, and have stable housing. Where can I turn? I almost feel suicidal * and NO please don't the.* I'm not gonna do anything, I just have "thought about it" since I don't any options and no one help. Even if I went to a hospital, and told them my plight, WHAT can they do for me except give me a few pills, and then send me off to a shelter that turn me down or turn me over to the streets the next day. Am I expected too much from my college alumni? Am I wrong to reach out to anyone there? I've tried and don't return my s b/c they don't want to get involved. Most people I've reached out to, just say, "I don't know what to tell you."
